●Product delivery (within Japan)

The products you have ordered will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
When Sagawa Express is open normally, we will accept your order and deliver it within 7 business days from the next day.

We will be closed during the New Year holidays. Please check the store's Instagram for dates.

Delivery may not be possible if there is a large number of orders or the availability of stock.
If delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email.
After the shipping process is completed, we will send you an email indicating that the shipping has been completed.

Normally, delivery will be made within 7-10 business days for DHL and 10-13 business days for EMS after receiving your order.

North America, Central America, Oceania, Middle East = 7,000 yen (EMS)
Europe = flat rate of 7,000 yen (EMS)

■About customs duties

When purchasing from overseas, customs duties, other import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged on the product you purchase when clearing the customs in the country where you receive it.
