Cancellation/Return/Exchange
●Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
If you cancel without permission or refuse to accept the order, we will refuse your next visit.
■Regarding products eligible for return
We will only accept refunds in the event of a product defect.
In this case, we will cover all returns costs.
We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
We only accept size exchanges and model changes.
Please note that we may not be able to provide the size you want depending on stock availability.
In that case, we cannot accept returns as above.
If you would like to exchange it, please contact us before shipping the item.
We will contact you after securing stock of the item you wish to exchange.
All replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
If you would like to return or exchange, please be sure to contact us before shipping the product.
■Please note that we cannot exchange or refund if the following applies.
a Products that have been delivered more than 8 days
b Used or altered, washed or cleaned items
c Products that have been damaged, damaged, odor adhering to the customer, stains, or scratches
d Product tag/label detached, or lost products
e If you purchase a large number of different sizes or colors for return purposes
f Items returned without prior notice
g Sale items
h Products that our store has determined to be good due to individual differences in products
i Hygienic products that touch the skin, such as underwear and socks, and pre-order products
*Products with items that apply to the above will be returned by cash on delivery.

●Refunds
In principle, refunds will be used using the same payment method used to pay for your order.
You cannot refund a different card or bank account.
The refund will be made in the same currency as the customer paid for the order.
If the customer pays in dollars, we will refund you in dollars.
If you return the item after purchasing in foreign currency, the refund amount converted to Japanese yen may be less than the purchase amount due to differences in exchange rates between the purchase date and the return date.
After we notify you of our refund, we will proceed to the procedure and you will receive a refund within 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on the bank and credit card company.
A refund may be displayed in the form of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the underlying payment will be deleted from your statement and will not be a separate deposit.
If you receive a refund (in partially or in full) within the authorization period, the items may not be listed on your refund statement as we will adjust the final amount of your claim at the time of liquidation. The claim may remain "pending" on your statement until the period expires.
We cannot accept requests for refund dates. Thank you for your understanding.
If the difference is generated due to an exchange due to customer's convenience, we will refund the amount minus the shipping fee.
